Xtreme Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Associate Level II at our Passport Headquarters in Washington, DC. You will work with the Fraud Program Manager to perform data analysis and support the Fraud Program Office, overseeing junior staff and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field.
• 3+ years in law enforcement, criminal justice, intelligence, or analytic roles.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information and draw conclusions.
• Ability to lead small teams and multitask with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.
• Flexibility and adaptability in high-pressure situations, with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Enter and maintain data in an in-house fraud database and perform quality control reviews.
• Data Analysis: Verify and analyze data from internal, law enforcement, and commercial databases.
• Case Tracking: Track fraud case statistics and update the agency/center FPM SharePoint page.
• Liaise with Security, other Document Centers, and stakeholders including law enforcement and client agencies.
• Training and Development: Assist in developing training materials and curriculum for client staff and oversee junior staff.
• Case Review: Conduct analytical case reviews and assist in processing applications and fraud case paperwork.
• Administrative Support: Perform inquiries, retrieve mail, file requests, and maintain paper/electronic libraries.
