Job summary

Citi is hiring a Manager, Data Architecture, Reporting and Analytics to lead enterprise data architecture strategy within the Fraud domain. Based in the Enterprise Analytics Platform, this role shapes data quality, accessibility, and reliability at a global scale and manages a team of data architecture analysts.

The position requires deep fraud domain knowledge, leadership across matrixed teams, and a strong track record in enterprise-scale data solutions and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking or financial services with data architecture expertise.
• Specialist knowledge of fraud domain and AI/ML in fraud detection.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data architecture solutions and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive consensus in a large organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Citi’s enterprise information architecture framework to improve data availability, quality, and reliability.
• Define information architecture principles and standards for the Enterprise Analytics Platform aligned with fraud and AI use cases.
• Develop and maintain enterprise information management artefacts (models, data flows, standards, remediation).
• Architect high-level business data solutions to accelerate design and maximize shared services.
• Translate complex data requirements into actionable architectural solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and develop a team of data architecture analysts and plan resources.
• Evaluate data-related decisions for risk and compliance implications.
