Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas seeks a Manager of Data Architecture, Reporting and Analytics to lead enterprise data architecture strategy within Fraud. You will own governance, guidance, and the data foundations powering Citi's analytics and AI at a global scale.

You will lead a team of data architecture analysts, drive standards for information models, data flows, and governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions across functions.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in banking/financial services with data architecture expertise.
• Specialist fraud domain knowledge; AI/ML in fraud detection.
• Design and govern enterprise data architecture and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Citi's information architecture.
• Define principles and standards for the Enterprise Analytics Platform.
• Develop and maintain enterprise information management artefacts.
• Architect high-level data solutions to boost interoperability.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.
• Manage and develop the data architecture team and growth.
• Assess risk and compliance implications of data decisions.
