Citi in Irving, Texas seeks a Manager of Data Architecture, Reporting and Analytics to lead enterprise data architecture strategy within Fraud. You will own governance, guidance, and the data foundations powering Citi's analytics and AI at a global scale.

You will lead a team of data architecture analysts, drive standards for information models, data flows, and governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions across functions.

• Ten+ years in banking/financial services with data architecture expertise.
• Specialist fraud domain knowledge; AI/ML in fraud detection.

Citi is hiring a Manager, Data Architecture, Reporting and Analytics to lead enterprise data architecture strategy within the Fraud domain, owning the design and governance of data frameworks that power Citi's global analytics and AI capabilities. Based within the Enterprise Analytics Platform — a large-scale big data environment supporting critical financial services operations — this is a high-impact leadership position where your architectural decisions directly shape data quality, accessibility, and reliability at a global scale. You will manage a team of data architecture analysts and serve as a key voice in shaping the data foundations that underpin fraud detection and prevention across one of the world's leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of Citi's enterprise information architecture framework, improving data availability, accessibility, quality, and reliability across business functions.
• Define information architecture principles and standards for the Enterprise Analytics Platform, ensuring alignment with fraud domain requirements and AI-driven use cases.
• Develop and maintain enterprise information management artefacts, including business architecture models, conceptual and logical data models, data flows, data standards, adoption strategies, and data remediation recommendations.
• Architect high-level business data solutions that accelerate application design, improve data interoperability, and maximize the use of shared services and assets across the organization.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into actionable architectural solutions, identifying cross-functional data patterns and scalable designs.
• Manage and develop a team of data architecture analysts, with accountability for performance, resource planning, and professional growth aligned to functional objectives.
• Evaluate data-related business decisions for risk and control implications, ensuring architectural recommendations uphold compliance standards and protect the integrity of Citi's data assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Ten or more years of experience in banking or financial services, with deep expertise in data architecture, enterprise information management, or a closely related discipline.
• Specialist knowledge of the fraud domain, including familiarity with agent architectures and the application of AI and machine learning in fraud detection and prevention.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale data architecture solutions, including conceptual and logical data models, data flows, and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing delivery across multiple teams or organizational counterparts within complex, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure and drive consensus-based decision-making across large, cross-functional organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with big data platforms and enterprise analytics environments operating at scale.
