Qualifications

• A master's degree or JD or an equivalent combination of education and experience as described.
• Experience in budget/financial administration, economic research or program evaluation is desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required with progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations, including site visits and administrative reviews of child care providers.
• Request documentation and identify cases for Front End Detection System referrals.
• Complete monthly reports on cases identified using FEDS indicators.
• Review cases to verify continued eligibility for child care.
• Provide training to eligibility workers and supervisors on fraud indicators and referral procedures.

Education

Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Bachelor's degree and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget/finance, management, or related areas
