• Review claims filed by customers for fraud and risk activity and analyze information across multiple applications and documentation.
• Gather evidence through conversations with customers and records with accurate documentation to establish legitimacy of claims.
• Utilize digital platforms and software to investigate and process initial fraud claim steps.
