Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Fraud Analytics Operations Support Specialist to assist with analytics, reporting, and project documentation. The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, organizing inputs, and maintaining artifacts to support timely deliverables.

The candidate will support compliance, data quality, and stakeholder communications in a client-facing environment. The role is onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland, five days per week, and requires the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Information Science, Business, or a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience supporting project operations, fraud analytics, data analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, SQL, reporting tools, or analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support fraud analytics operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, and business operations activities.
• Work under general supervision to resolve routine problems and support portions of larger project activities.
• Assist with collecting information, tracking issues, preparing status inputs, and supporting portions of larger project activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, trackers, reports, and analytical support materials.
• Support data review, quality checks, and basic reporting to enable fraud analytics and decision-making.
• Help organize stakeholder inputs, task assignments, action items, and project artifacts to support timely delivery.
• Apply established processes, tools, and templates to complete work accurately and on schedule.
