Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Fraud Analytics Operations Support Specialist to assist fraud analytics operations, reporting, and business operations. Based onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland, you will coordinate inputs, track issues, and maintain project documentation under general supervision.

You will support analysis of fraud-related data, prepare status inputs, and help deliver project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience supporting project operations, fraud analytics, data analysis, or reporting.
Experience coordinating inputs and maintaining project records.
Experience using judgment to resolve routine problems.
Experience supporting analytics teams and project operations.

Responsibilities

Support routine and non-routine operational tasks across fraud analytics operations, reporting, and documentation.
Assist with collecting information, tracking issues, and preparing status inputs.
Resolve routine problems under general supervision.
Analyze fraud-related data and reports to identify trends and follow-up needs.
Coordinate with team members to request information and maintain records.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, trackers, and analytical materials.
Support data review, quality checks, and basic reporting for decision-making.
Organize stakeholder inputs, action items, and project artifacts for timely delivery.
Apply established processes and templates to complete work on schedule.
