Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Principal Fraud Analytics Technical Lead to oversee fraud analytics workstreams, guide platforms, and support investigations and reporting. The role requires deep technical expertise and leadership across analytics, data engineering, and operations to enhance detection and workflows.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop indicators and models, and present executive-ready insights. Onsite work at Lanham, MD is required.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in fraud analytics or related technical delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Experience leading analytics or platform advisory teams.
• Experience analyzing complex data and solving problems.
• Experience presenting technical reports and dashboards.
• Experience directing analytics, data integration, or investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud analytics workstreams and coordinate product delivery.
• Analyze data to identify fraudulent activity and emerging risks.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and task coordination.
• Develop and maintain fraud indicators, detection logic, and models.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to deliver analytics capabilities.
• Present technical briefings and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Work onsite at the client location in Lanham, MD five days a week.
