Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Analyst, Fraud Detection Operations in Bentonville, AR, to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity across the Spark Driver platform. You will apply analytics, investigation skills, and real-world context to detect threats and protect system integrity.

Responsibilities include developing fraud indicators, conducting structured investigations, and presenting defensible findings to Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Care Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years fraud detection experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with structured investigation processes and audit-ready case files.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and platform interaction patterns to identify unusual activity and fraud vectors.
• Develop and refine fraud indicators for dashboards and automated models.
• Lead investigations with audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Care Operations to inform tooling and policy updates.
• Think like a bad actor to anticipate and mitigate threats.
