What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate instances of fraud or suspicious activity as detected or assigned
- Utilize fraud solutions and implement prevention and detection strategies
- Analyze fraud behavior and emerging trends to provide potential solutions and recommendations
- Work on strategic initiatives and projects aligned with Fraud Prevention efforts
- Prepare reports and deliver findings related to investigations and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience investigating fraud activity, including at least 3 years in organized fraud and e-commerce fraud
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage investigations effectively
- Up to 5% travel required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification
- Global experience and knowledge of PII, PCI, GDPR Rules and Regulations
- Experience using online fraud solutions and skip tracing tools
