Job summary

Boscov’s is seeking a Fraud Analyst (FT) to join our e-commerce fraud analysis team. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided to meet Boscov’s specifications.

Responsibilities include analyzing potentially fraudulent orders, deciding on release, hold, or cancellation, and communicating with customers and internal teams. Full-time scheduling requires weekend coverage.

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to join our e-commerce fraud analysis team. The desired candidate should be very detail oriented. They must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. They must have the ability to identify and prevent fraud to minimize loss for our company. Experience is preferred but not required. The right candidate will be trained to Boscov’s specifications.
