Boscov’s Department Store, LLC is seeking a Fraud Analyst for our e-commerce fraud analysis team. The candidate should be detail oriented, capable of independent work or teamwork, and able to identify and prevent fraud to minimize loss.

Experience is preferred but not required, with training provided to match Boscov’s specifications. The role involves analyzing potentially fraudulent orders, using multiple applications, and communicating with customers and internal parties.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potentially fraudulent e-commerce orders and make decisions to release for fulfillment, hold for further review, or cancel due to fraud
• Use multiple applications to perform job duties
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and internal parties
• Work closely with the Lead Analyst
