Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an AI/Data Senior Consultant in the McLean, VA area to lead workstreams delivering advanced AI and data solutions. You will mentor junior team members, engage clients, and help drive real-world AI adoption across engagements.

You will design scalable AI/data architectures, develop ML models, and help translate business needs into deployable solutions while upholding governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years in AI, data science, analytics, or engineering.
• 3+ years in fraud/payment integrity roles.
• Strong development in Python/R, SQL, and data modeling.
• Strong statistical and data analytics expertise.
• Experience with CSV/TXT, JSON, XML, Parquet, etc.
• Experience deploying ML/AI models at scale.
• Experience with PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.
• Travel up to 50% for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI and data solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Develop, test, and tune fraud prevention/detection rules in multiple languages.
• Develop and optimize ML models and analytics workflows.
• Lead data analytics to detect fraud, waste, abuse, and improper payments.
• Partner with clients to identify AI use cases and translate needs into solutions.
• Own client deliverables and contribute to executive presentations.
• Mentor C2 consultants and review technical work.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
