Guidehouse in Arlington, VA, seeks an AI/Data Senior Consultant to lead workstreams and deliver advanced AI and data solutions. This role blends technical depth with client engagement and mentoring junior team members, driving real-world AI adoption.

You will design scalable solutions, develop ML models, and partner with clients to translate business needs into implementations, while ensuring governance and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in AI, data science, analytics, or engineering.
• Three or more years in a fraud/payment integrity-related role.
• Strong development expertise in Python/R, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience deploying models into production (MLOps).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI and data solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Develop, test, and tune fraud detection rules in multiple programming languages.
• Develop and optimize ML models and analytics workflows.
• Lead data analytics efforts in detecting fraud, waste, abuse, and improper payments.
• Partner with clients to identify AI use cases and translate business needs into solutions.
• Own client deliverables and contribute to executive presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and review technical work.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
