The role provides strategic direction, leadership, and risk-management-focused support to the Greek system, while overseeing student activities, event support, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary advisor to FSL governing councils (IFC, NPC) and chapter leaders with guidance on organizational development and risk management.
• Develops leadership development opportunities through workshops, retreats, and training on leadership, group dynamics, conflict resolution, risk management, hazing prevention, and alcohol/other drug education.
• Oversees recruitment, membership intake, and chapter events with risk mitigation and policy compliance.
• Collaborates with the Office of Community Standards to address behavioral concerns and coordinate staff training.
• Maintains records for membership rosters, academic reports, event participation, and outcomes; designs assessment tools for learning outcomes.
• Liaises with inter/national headquarters staff, advisors, alumni, and campus partners to foster communication.
• Oversees daily operations of the student center, safety protocols, and student staffing for events.
• Coordinates with facilities, catering, and technical services for successful events and late-night programs.
• Supervises student employees, provides training, and evaluates performance.
• Builds relations with students, faculty, staff, and partners; participates in committees and represents Student Affairs at events.
