Canteen in Madison, WI is hiring a Staff Accountant to provide accounting and operational support across our vending, market and office coffee service lines. This in-office role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple priorities and take ownership of their responsibilities.
You will perform month-end close tasks, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, assist with audits, and contribute to cost control and compliance.

The Staff Accountant provides accounting and operational support across our three lines of business: Vending, Market, Office Coffee Service (OCS). This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and interested in growing their career within an operations-focused accounting environment.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
