Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Corporate Franchise Associate in Tallahassee, Florida, to join a growing national franchise practice.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of transactional franchise experience, a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, and is eligible for bar admission in Florida. You will draft FDDs and franchise agreements, handle registrations and compliance, and assist with cross-border licensing and franchise M&A.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional franchise experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements.
• Manage franchise registrations and compliance matters.
• Address default and termination issues in franchise relationships.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions in the franchise sector.
• Engage in international franchise licensing transactions.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes.
