Premium Service Brands is hiring a Manager, Franchise Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Enablement to build brand-specific hiring playbooks, train franchisees, and streamline sourcing across ~330 locations and 9 brands. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring workflows, local market pay benchmarks, and vendor management to maximize ROI.

The position reports to the VP of Franchise Operations and is located on-site at PSB Corporate Headquarters in Charlottesville, VA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume, hourly recruiting experience in field services, skilled trades, home services, or light industrial environments.
• 2+ years designing and facilitating training programs for franchise owners, business leaders, or adult learners.
• Demonstrated experience building hiring infrastructures and playbooks from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Proficiency with Indeed, FastFlo (or equivalent ATS/CRM platforms), and text-to-apply recruitment software.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain playbooks, sourcing kits, and end-to-end hiring workflows with defined SLAs.
• Lead franchisee training and enablement programs, including live webinars and LMS modules.
• Provide operational support via recruiting tools (Indeed, FastFlo) and negotiate national vendor contracts.
• Track recruiting KPIs and partner with data teams to build a system-wide recruitment dashboard.
