Five Star Franchising is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Utah to build strong relationships with franchise owners and drive adoption of the Five Star Buying Group programs.

You'll proactively reach out, onboard new owners, and collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to resolve issues and identify savings opportunities. A strong, tech-savvy communicator will thrive in this fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communicator who can explain programs clearly by phone, video, and email.
• Customer-focused with ownership mindset to resolve issues.
• Comfortable using CRM, reporting, and AI tools to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and act as primary contact for Buying Group questions.
• Onboard new franchise owners and manage the onboarding process.
• Develop targeted outreach to increase vendor adoption and engagement.
• Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve programs.
• Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to resolve issues.
