Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Location: Remote role with minimal travel (5-10%)

The Sales Enablement Specialist will bridge the gap between sales strategy and implementation. Their main goal is to empower sales representatives by providing tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to Salesforce platform usage. The role involves recommending process improvements, reporting metrics, supporting strategic initiatives, and interacting directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Salesforce CRM training and develop related content
  • Assist in creating and maintaining training/reference materials for Salesforce adoption
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to identify process bottlenecks and improve sales cycles
  • Implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency through Salesforce automation
  • Gather user feedback and lead process improvement workshops
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide sales insights
  • Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity metrics
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, providing primary support to the sales team
  • Customize reports, views, and dashboards as needed
  • Support sales initiatives and collaborate with shared services
  • Maintain knowledge of the sales cycle and internal processes from a sales perspective
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency and Salesforce Certification required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or enablement, preferably in real estate or tech
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Data analysis skills are a plus
  • High-speed internet required
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term strategies
