Who You Are
- Sales Consultant: Responsible for franchise sales prospecting, cultivating relationships, and achieving sales goals. Build pipelines and articulate brand value propositions.
- Entrepreneurial Mentality: Drive individual and team growth through effective sales strategies and participate in ongoing training.
- Sales Advisor: Use CRM effectively, prepare prospect presentations, and understand due diligence processes.
- Collaborator: Leverage support teams, stay informed on market trends, and utilize tools to support prospects and franchisees.
Your Responsibilities
- Ownership of Deal Flow: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Self-Motivated: Meet or exceed sales quotas, manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Collaborator: Work with internal teams to improve sales effectiveness.
- Sales Guidance: Lead prospects through the sales process and conduct meetings independently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or management consulting; real estate or franchise sales a plus.
- Financial Skills: Ability to interpret financial statements and facilitate business deals.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills both in person and virtually.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

Willing to travel approximately 50%, comfortable in a hybrid work environment, and reside within the sales territory.
