Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Knowledge of Concur.
• Team Player and ability to work well with others.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the corporate office and the franchise network.
• Supports the franchise sales team from application to contract generation and assists with compliance administration.
• Researches opportunities and provides analysis to the sales team.
• Manages end-to-end franchise sales process to ensure data integrity and lead progression.
• Coordinates sales tours, virtual or in-person.
• Reviews applications, runs credit and background checks, prepares committee presentations, and generates franchise agreements.
• Generates administrative correspondence for sales and compliance departments.
• Submits invoices into Concur and confirms vendor payments.
• Assists with annual updates, state filings, and FDD distribution.
• Manages calendar for the President and coordinates meetings, webinars, and teleconferences.
