Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Franchise Legal Services paralegal to support FTC regulatory compliance and manage business development committee administration related to domestic development. This role collaborates with internal teams and outside counsel.

The position requires 2-4 years of paralegal or equivalent legal administrative experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of franchise law processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Legal Assistant Education or paralegal certification/experience, Notary Public.

Responsibilities

• Support domestic franchise regulatory compliance data gathering and tracking, incl. FDD renewal and amendments.
• Draft and manage default notices, amendments, addenda, and agreements related to termination and lending impacts.
• Manage requests for third party franchise-related information and documents such as securitization audits and lender documents.
• Maintain filing for all franchise legal files.
• Support legal oversight of business development compliance processes.
