Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Franchise Legal Services paralegal focused on FTC regulatory compliance and management of business development committee administration related to domestic development.

Responsibilities include supporting domestic regulatory processes, drafting notices and amendments, managing franchise legal files, and assisting in compliance oversight with senior counsel guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Legal Assistant education or paralegal certification/experience, Notary Public.
• 2–4 years’ work experience in legal paralegal or equivalent position; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support domestic franchise regulatory compliance processes with data gathering and tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel and state administration as needed.
• Draft and manage domestic franchise notices, amendments, and related agreements.
• Manage filing aspects for franchise legal files.
• Assist in business development compliance oversight per governing materials.
• Contribute to special projects on franchise regulatory compliance and historic forms.
