Position Summary:

The Franchise Recruitment Manager’s primary focus is to develop and implement growth strategy plans specifically designed to optimize franchise sales for Comfort Keepers. This role is crucial to the growth and success of the franchise network. The Franchise Recruitment Manager proactively seeks prospective franchise owners, builds trust and rapport, and manages relationships through contracting and onboarding. Collaboration with marketing, finance, and franchising teams is essential.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or accounting preferred; six years of experience may substitute for education
  • 6-9 years in franchise sales and lead generation, with experience analyzing market differences to identify new franchisees
  • Proven success partnering with franchise brokers, understanding broker operations, expectations, and relationship management
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Successful sales track record in the franchise sector
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail and strategic focus

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for franchise sales
  • Manage recruitment metrics for new franchisees
  • Discuss and understand the Franchise Disclosure Document
  • Conduct market research for new franchise opportunities
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
  • Provide KPI reports
  • Align with Comfort Keepers culture and stay updated on industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Partner with franchise brokers to match high-potential franchisees
  • Guide candidates through franchise approval process
  • Assist in onboarding new franchisees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Working Environment: Remote with up to 25% travel

Base Compensation: $95k-$115K plus commission

Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, extended computer and phone use, driving for marketing events
