Responsibilities

• Market research to gather lease/property data using industry platforms (Costar, Placer AI, Crexi)
• Assist in assembling pitch books when needed
• Analyze data on commercial properties, tenants, and local markets
• Shadow real estate team members on new leases, releases, and assignments
• Conduct calls and follow-up with brokers on letters of intent (LOI's) to push deals across the finish line
