Job summary

fairlife, LLC, based in Chicago, is seeking a Manager, Franchise Operations to lead performance management routines across the Franchise Org. You will provide analytical backbone, ensure data integrity, and partner with bottlers to optimize growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CPG sales, analytics or commercial experience.
• Experience with dairy/beverage products preferred.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead data resources and reporting for franchise operations.
• Support bottler and system meetings with analytical support.
• Own bottler performance management and MBR reporting.
• Provide analytics content for MBRs and JBPs with clear insights.
• Translate syndicated data into actionable bottler recommendations.
• Collaborate with Retail, Master Data, Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
