Job summary

Winmark Corporation, the Resale Company, is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to empower franchisees with local marketing programs, support new store openings, and build scalable training resources. The role partners with Brand, Operations, Creative, and Training teams to drive consistent franchisee results.

You will lead day-to-day marketing guidance, adopt marketing platforms, and help maintain templates and brand tools while collaborating across teams to maximize local impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience with digital and social marketing channels.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing resource for franchisees and partner with Brand, Operations, Creative, and Training teams.
• Support local marketing execution for franchisees and store openings.
• Create and maintain scalable training materials, playbooks, guides, and knowledge-base content.
• Help simplify insights, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve franchisee marketing.
