Job summary

PuroClean is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives in Chandler, AZ. You will develop and implement an annual marketing plan that promotes franchise services and builds a diverse customer base.

You will train and coach a professional marketing team to achieve annual sales revenue goals, manage customer satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute annual marketing objectives aligned with budget.
• Monitor customer satisfaction via forms, calls, and visits.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales staff when applicable.
• Build brand awareness; promote one team culture and community service.
