Kumon North America is seeking a Franchise Recruitment Strategy Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of prospective franchisee lead generation across Kumon North America. This role focuses on improving lead quality, optimizing campaigns, and converting qualified prospects into registrations for franchise development and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
• 5+ years in lead generation, growth marketing, or franchise recruitment marketing (required).
• Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution (required).
• Experience managing multi-channel lead-generation campaigns and measuring results (required).
• Strong data interpretation, segmentation, and targeting skills (required).
• Ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams (required).
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing platforms; Salesforce experience preferred (required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve franchise lead‑quality standards and measurement practices.
• Create reporting frameworks for lead quality, sources, and pipeline health.
• Monitor KPIs: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, source effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in the lead-generation strategy and implement improvements.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, and events.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to align objectives.
