Job summary

Kumon North America, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support Franchisee Instructors across the South Florida region. You will inspect compliance with standards, guide prospects through training, and help centers open successfully.

This hybrid, field-based role requires regular travel to centers in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, and nearby markets. You will report to the Plantation office one day per week and collaborate with local teams to improve instructional quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required plus travel readiness and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs.
• Previous multi-unit service management preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roughly 20–30 locations and ensure compliance with goals.
• Perform frequent evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Increase operations standards through guidance and training.
• Provide sound advice to raise Center profitability and performance.
• Assess regional market conditions to ensure competitiveness and brand awareness.
• Evaluate local competition and create branch-level strategies.
• Monitor branch and center performance for trends and outliers.
• Assist Franchisees with new center openings within timelines.
