Job summary

Speedy Glass is seeking a Franchise Development & Implementation Specialist to drive strategic partner growth and oversee onboarding, launch, and early operations of new ProColor franchisees. You will coordinate vetting, approvals, and handoff from agreement to branding and training, ensuring alignment with brand standards and vendor programs.

The role requires strong relationship-building, automotive-industry expertise, and the ability to engage with prospective partners across the network

Qualifications

• Strong skills in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to present value propositions to prospective partners and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, branding, and launch processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partner growth by identifying and securing new franchise opportunities.
• Be the primary contact for new and prospective shops through evaluation to approval.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, referral partners, vendors, and other sources.
• Present the ProColor and Fix Network value proposition to partners at meetings and events.
• Coordinate franchise vetting and approval processes and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support onboarding, training, activations, and launch readiness for franchisees.
• Coordinate branding requirements and vendor alignment with Marketing and Design teams.
• Conduct franchisee operations training and field visits as required.
• Provide ongoing operational support during launch and integration.
• Travel as needed to support national expansion.
