Job summary

Spavia Day Spa + Sway Wellness Spa is seeking a Director of Franchise Development to lead lead generation strategy, manage broker networks, and drive multi-unit franchise growth across the country. You will work with two brands—Spavia Day Spa and Sway Wellness Spa—to grow a nationwide pipeline and convert qualified leads into signed agreements.

Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 with $15,000+ per closed deal uncapped.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in franchise development or high-value consultative sales.
• Ability to manage broker networks and relationships.
• Strong sales process discipline and funnel tracking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within one hour and guide candidates through a disciplined discovery process, closing 10+ agreements per year.
• Own relationships with franchise brokers and grow referrals to 30–40% of closings.
• Identify and recruit multi-unit franchise owners for multi-location agreements across the country.
• Grow the existing owner base through expansion agreements and referrals.
