Zusammenfassung

The Schwab Egg Harbor Franchise Branch is seeking a Franchise Branch Financial Consultant to provide holistic financial guidance, including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals, serving as a trusted partner for clients in Mays Landing, NJ.

This in-person, full-time role requires active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, an undergraduate degree, and at least two years in financial services, with a focus on building relationships and growing the book of business.

Qualifikationen

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained within 90 days of starting in the FC role)
• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services
• Financial services business development experience
• Have the ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations
• Have a passion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions, sound investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for their personal situation
• Have the ability to adapt and implement change, as the market and business conditions evolve

Aufgaben

• Help grow the profile and business of the Schwab Franchise Branch by supporting the Franchise Branch Owner through a variety of activities
• Assist with identifying and refer additional opportunities to the Franchise Branch Owner
• At the direction of the Franchise Branch Owner, Financial Consultants help deepen relationships with existing Schwab clients by providing outstanding service, as well as appropriate investment guidance and advice based on client needs
• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients, maintaining consistent sales activity to grow the book of business and strengthen client relationships
