Job summary

Schwab Egg Harbor Franchise Branch seeks a Franchise Branch Client Relationship Specialist to greet clients, resolve requests, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

You will support daily branch operations, coordinate with sales staff, and help maintain Schwab brand standards while building trusted client relationships. On-site, full-time role with events outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience handling client concerns with tact and diplomacy.
• Managing multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Complete requests and tasks accurately following established processes while prioritizing work.
• Ensure high-quality, error-free work and identify discrepancies early.
• Maintain strong organization of tasks and follow-ups for timely execution.
• Remain flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Adjust to changing priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain cross-enterprise working relationships.
• Strong phone and interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and prospects with warm enthusiasm when they call or visit the branch.
• Deliver a welcoming client experience by understanding needs and resolving requests with accuracy and care.
• Deliver outstanding service and provide all clients with an exceptional experience.
• Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, adapting to different styles and needs.
• Use active listening to understand priorities and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Partner with team members to drive client engagement, operational excellence and a seamless client experience.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through professionalism and a client-first mindset.
• Assist the Franchise Branch Owner and sales staff meet client needs.
• Schedule client consultations and help facilitate client requests.
• Maintain branch to Schwab brand standards.
• Assist with coordinating marketing efforts for the branch, including seminars and events.
