Job summary

Ladders seeks a Franchise Field Vice President to drive advisor growth and franchise performance across a designated US territory. This remote role prioritizes recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of experienced financial advisors, partnering with field leaders and consultants to strengthen results and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in the financial services sector.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage financial performance and drive results.
• Ability to obtain Series 7, Series 24, state registrations and Life & Variable Contracts.

For our client, we are seeking a Franchise Field Vice President to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive advisor growth and franchise performance across a designated territory, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of experienced financial advisors. The position partners closely with field leaders and consultants to strengthen business results, support retention, and build a high-performing advisor community. It is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can influence performance, reinforce compliance, and help advance sustainable growth in a remote setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $122,500 annually
