Overview:

As a Franchise Development Coach, you’ll support new franchise owners as they launch and grow their businesses. You’ll guide them step-by-step, help them hit key goals, and make sure they stay on track with brand standards and performance. You’ll act as their main coach and support system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build strong, trusting relationships with franchise owners
  2. Provide weekly or monthly coaching sessions based on their needs
  3. Guide franchisees using our scorecard system and business benchmarks
  4. Monitor mindset, goals, and overall business progress
  5. Help owners review and understand financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  6. Offer clear feedback to improve profitability and business growth
  7. Support hiring and staffing plans as the business grows
  8. Use company tools and processes to maintain consistency
  9. Conduct brand standards audits and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in franchising
  2. Strong coaching and leadership skills
  3. Comfortable with technology and business systems
  4. Ability to read and interpret financial reports
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
