Qualifications

• Experience in franchise contract administration within the restaurant or franchising industry.
• Strong understanding of franchise agreements, legal terminology, and compliance timelines.

• Experience with CRM systems and contract/document management tools.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all franchise-related agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related communication.
• Monitor compliance milestones and contractual obligations.
• Enhance tracking systems for transaction progress.
• Support updates to Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
