Join Inspire as a Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin' (Orlando, Florida Remote).

Business Consultants manage an assigned portfolio of Franchisees, working closely with them to set and surpass goals related to sales, profits, and network expansion. The role emphasizes coaching Franchisees to ensure a consistent, safe brand experience, promote same-store growth, and prepare for additional unit development.

Ideal candidate: Resides in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational and business performance goals for franchisees.
• Lead Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review sessions to assess past performance and align future objectives.
• Analyze data to guide franchisee actions and monitor progress.
• Support remodeling and new restaurant construction processes, ensuring milestones are met.
• Facilitate communication between franchisees and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and monitor their execution.
• Conduct restaurant evaluations and coordinate training support.
• Manage administrative functions efficiently.

Requirements

Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED; preferred Bachelor's degree.

Experience: At least 5 years in supervisory management or multi-unit operations with prior leadership experience.
