Job summary

The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others.

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Age 18 or older with eligibility to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure team members complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner and keep the restaurant a safe place for staff and guests.
