Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Store Associate in Youngstown, OH to help customers create framing solutions and assist shoppers in the store. You will build relationships, deliver friendly service, and ensure a safe, clean shopping environment while supporting Omni channel processes.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders, stocking, operating the cash register, and maintaining in‑stock merchandise. Prior retail experience is a plus; hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience and comfort selling products to customers are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and assist customers in selecting framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame area and other assigned sections.
