Michaels in Colorado Springs is hiring a team member to handle custom framing orders, assist customers, and maintain a well-merchandised store. You will follow SOPs and company programs, deliver friendly service, and help customers find solutions.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, the ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter, and shifts including nights, weekends and early mornings. Base pay is $15.25–$17.90 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time and with quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
