Job summary

Michaels Ventura store is hiring a Frontline Team Member to assist customers, build framing solutions, and keep a safe, well-merchandised shop. You will help customers find products, process framing orders, and operate the cash register.

This role requires basic computer and measuring skills, experience with framing equipment, and a friendly, helpful attitude. You’ll work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to process transactions and manage inventories.
• Ability to read measurements and assemble frames accurately.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting framing products and creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with accuracy and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store and support omni-channel processes.
