Michaels Burlington store is seeking a friendly framing associate to help customers create custom framing solutions, operate the cash wrap, and maintain a welcoming, well merchandised shop floor.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders, stocking, assisting omni-channel processes, following SOPs, and delivering excellent service while maintaining safety and a clutter-free environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
