White Bark Property Management is seeking a motivated Carpenter with a strong focus on renovations and framing to join our team. The role involves framing, remodeling, and ongoing maintenance on multi-unit residential properties, with some light commercial work.

You will read drawings, select materials, and work in occupied units with care for tenants and safety. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction, a problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carpenter with framing/renovation focus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and framing plans.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and maintenance safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, renovation, and remodel projects, including drywall and fixture installation.
• Support turnover work and general maintenance for multi-unit properties.
• Install doors, windows, trim, and hardware; troubleshoot common issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and coordinate with property management.
