Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Framing Manager to lead and coach a team of framers, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions and driving customer relationships. You will plan workloads, manage inventory, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting KPI targets.

As MOD, you will support talent development, hiring, and training, and collaborate on omni-channel processes to optimise store performance in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience with leadership of a sales team is preferred.
