Blick Art Materials is seeking a Framing Lead to guide the Design Center team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive revenue through product knowledge and relationships. From design through pickup, you will manage the full order cycle while keeping a safe, neat environment in line with policies.

You will train new staff and serve as the primary contact for associates, ensuring superior customer experiences and adherence to loss prevention and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and sales ability.
• Ability to lead a team and train new associates.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Experience with framing tools and materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design Center team and drive revenue through service and knowledge.
• Oversee end-to-end order cycle from design session to pickup.
• Ensure accurate framing orders and paperwork.
• Train new associates and act as first point of contact for center staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
