Blick Art Materials is seeking a Framing Lead in our Tampa, FL Design Center to guide a team while delivering exceptional service and artistry. You will oversee the full framing order cycle from design consultation to pickup, ensuring accuracy, safety, and a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities include training new staff, processing orders, maintaining organized paperwork, and upholding company standards.

• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention measures and company policies.
• Process framing orders efficiently, timely, and accurately.
• Process framing paperwork in an organized and timely manner.
• Act as first point of contact for all Design Center associates.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the General Manager.
• Provide training to new associates in Design Centers.
