Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Custom Services Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the design counter and sales floor. You will apply framing knowledge and archiving materials expertise while assisting customers and completing orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities include merchandising, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized shop. Flexibility to work varied schedules is required; prior Photoshop and framing software familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work day/evening/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with framing design and archival materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service with product knowledge and design skills.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain workshop and sales floor.
• Process transactions in framing software and POS.
• Complete Blick training and sign up new preferred customers.
• Follow policies and loss prevention guidelines.
